Last Thursday, I slipped and fell down on an icy road.
I had my Sony α7R with Leica M-Summilux 35mm f/1.4 ASPH. attached by Voigtlander VM-E Close Focus Adapter in my bag.
When I took it out from my bag, VM-E Close Focus Adapter was deformed completely by shock. T_T
I brought the camera to Sony service center on Monday.
Then I brought the lens to customer center of Leica to check it on Tuesday.
A man of customer center told me just after few hours.
“The mount part is deformed.”
So I left my lens there to change the mount part.
It will take around three weeks.
Today (Thursday) I got a call from Sony and went there again.
There was no damage on the mount pedestal!
I heard many anxieties about strength of mount pedestal of α7/α7R on the net.
But at least my α7R’s pedestal withstood strong shock.
先週木曜日、凍った横断歩道で見事に滑って背中から落下した。
まだ痛みが残っている・・・
その時、フォクトレンダーのヘリコイド付マウントアダプターを介してSummilux 35mm f/1.4 ASPH.を付けたα7Rをバッグに入れていた。
バッグからカメラを取り出すと、写真のように見事にマウントアダプターが変形していた ＿ﾉ乙(､ﾝ､)＿
月曜日、ソニーのサービスセンターに行き、α7Ｒを点検に出した。
火曜日、ライカのカスタマーセンターにレンズを持って行った。
数時間後にライカ店を再訪すると、
「マウントが変形しています。6ビットコード付マウントへの変形と同じサービス（金額）でマウントのみ交換できます」
と言われた。
所要日数は約3週間との事。
今日木曜日、ソニーのサービスセンターから電話があった。
「点検しましたが問題ありません」ヽ(^_^)ノ
α7Rを引き取ってきた。
ネットではα7/α7Rのマウント台座が指で押すとたわむ、弱いと叩かれているが、少なくとも自分のα7Rのマウント台座は、レンズとマウントアダプターが変形する程の衝撃にもしっかり耐えてくれた。
