The attack of "take my picture!" in a small village gave me a hints on a portrait.
I prepared for my attack (lol) and went to Cau May street again.
サパ2日目の夜。
昼間の村で受けたエジプト並の「撮れとれ攻撃」でいろいろ思うところがあり、ホテルで下準備をしてから町に出掛けた。
Some of stall keeper remembered me.
I talked with them for a while.
Then I show them portraits that I took on previous day and that day.
They had very pleasant chat each other ;)
Now it was a time.
"May I take your picture ?"
Most of them accepted it.
People in this region like picture.
They only dislike that foreigners take them like object.
I really want to send them their pictures thorough my guide later.
向かった先は昨晩ほとんど写真を撮らせて貰えなかったと土産売りの並ぶカウマイ通り。
何人かの土産売りの女性は、昨晩何も買わなかったが雑談していた私の事を覚えていてくれていた。
彼女たちに昨晩と昼間撮ったポートレートをiPadで見せた。
女たちの間で話に花が咲きいいムードになった。
「写真撮らせてもらえますか？」
この地域の人々は本当はとても写真好きなのだと思う。
当たり前だが、見知らぬ者に一方的に「撮り捨て」られることにうんざりしているのだ。
撮らせて下さる方のための写真は凡百の言葉より相手に気持ちが伝わると思う。
ガイドのペットさんを通して、必ず彼女たちの写真を届けてあげよう。
自分の撮った写真を通して写真の世界にもう一歩踏み込めた気がした。
それがとても嬉しかった。
